| Hello dear Reader, |
autumn is in full swing and therefore the last satsang this year is coming. Don't worry: On January 16, 2010, is the first retreat in Goa, India: "Mystery of Oneness" and continuing on February 17, 2010, with "Awakening" in Tiruvannamalai.
Love is. |
The person swaying from joy to suffering will disappear. Self shines. Self is. Joy will not disappear, bliss will not disappear.
Both are formless, absolutly silent.
A pregnant nothing, so full, so ready to burst. The Self.

The scriptures say that you need a mountain of merit to win the grace of the Self.
When this happens, the Self arranges for you to meet someone who will speak in your own language, someone who will appraise you of the fact that the Self is within you, and that you have to seek it there.
This is the grace of the Guru.
Even when the grace comes from what apparently an "outside" source, the form of the Guru, it is still only pointing to the Self within, the power that will take you into the Self.

Knowledge will not come from reading books.
Who nevetheless wants to understand Advaita vedanta as one of the six main direction of Hinduism is recommended "Tat Tvam Asi" by Paul Y.F. Loke.
The author explains - in English - the astonishing ideas of Indian philosophy and its notions in the Advaita scriptures.

| Music |
"Maybe not all musician believe in god; in Bach all" says composer Mauricio Kagel.
According to the legend Johann Sebastian Bach wrote the Goldbergvariations for his friend Count Hermann Carl von Keyserlingk to brighten up his sleepless nights.
The most famous interpreter is Glenn Gould with the wild 1955 and the ripened 1982 recordings.
Very recommendable is Murray Perahia with his peacefull and almost spiritial interpretation. |

Some see the peak already, some take it rather easy:
Be it in Berlin, Bavaria or Jamaica - almost nowhere the political parties come together. Except in Saarland. However we all wish the same - the muesli chewing Brioni-shopper as well as the conservative miniscirter: Silence. http://spiel.tagesschau.de |
